I heard it mentioned at about the 23 minute mark in lesson 9.. the suggestion that we do the sole to soul , thing ( barefoot to earth ) thing.. for up to an hour each week. That would measure out to about 10 minutes per day, if one were approaching it, to develop an even pattern, or possibly just more time/ less often ..
