This is an area I am personally focusing on as well Alan. Especially as I've picked Come Alive in 2025 as the year theme. Also using it for the school. What comes to mind when I hear Live the Kata or do things Form style is: Stay true to what you know, believe. Train your body mind spirit at all times. Choose your path and forge it. Even if it's laid out for you or you have to make your own trail. I think forms and Katas influence me in calming me down in class and training as well as in daily activities. Also awareness. I love how much Martial Arts showed me where I need to have a better angle or choose a different way in life. My weaknesses show up in my training that are just like the ones in my personal life. it empowers and gives me hope as I find ways to finetune it in my motion that I can do it in anything. Now this beautiful Paxtial path is providing a circumscribing all knowledge into one great whole. Open to attract more and more from practitioners here and to come.

As we all learn to trust the timing in all things we can gain hidden knowledge and insights as you say within it. We are grateful for the update and the dedication and the example of listening.

Been here as well and truly thought I could die and the nurses I could hear in the next room didn't even care. Atleast that is what my mind was saying. I love how the experience drove you to your Paxial training and share it with us. Attracting others in the whole club of the sufferers in a sense. Have you ever noticed how divisive or even polarising different martial arts “styles” or organisations are, even within their own ranks? This is because their essence is tribal. There is an. “In group” and an “out group”. Through these individual belief systems we come to understand the world through conflict rather than contrast. Separation orientates you to conflict." Truly things I've been thinking about as well in this regard. It's time for the next level and a new level. Unify and build bridges. One way is like this sharing true experience and how we persevere and turn them into and for our good.

Good friends were trapped their seprated from their kids for a time. I was so excited that they understood that we are usually in the right place at the right time and for reason. they were able to give hope and strength to those loosing their homes and livelihood. We must take advantage of every oppertunity presented us either posisitve or negative for our learning and growth. Thank you for reminding us of that.

Pondering on this and the ultimate impact we make. Im so grateful for the signatures and energy that others have created and left behind for me to partake of. I still sometimes forget to take advantage of it fully. We must keep training our heart. Please clear and bless us all that we can be vigilant and have the energy of soul to always leave a positve and effective trrail even one that we can find and follow that we left for ourselves when we loose our way and or momentum.
